Last week, the team were thrilled to meet Paula Okunzuwa, winner of Top Model of Colour 2009!

Part of her prize was a gift of £150 worth of makeup from My Beauty Parlour, and a fun photo and video shoot. It was great handing Paula her prize, and seeing the smile on her face. What girl wouldn’t be happy with a years supply of Sleek Goodies?

We had a great photo and video shoot, the photos will soon be uploaded on the site for you to see, and stay tuned to read a review of the day, and watch her comments, and behind the scenes footage of the shoot!

Today the Sunset and Acid i-Divine Palette’s were added to the online store! They are flying off the shelf, so I’d get buying if I were you!
Sine we’re talking of eyes, I couldn’t help but feature these stunning lashes from Eye Lashes Direct.

The gorgeous pink ones are only £2.00 on the website, and would be amazing teamed with some blending from the i-Divine Acid Palette. The Eye Lashes Direct website features some more conservative looks, just in case you wanted to be a little less conspicuous! Yes, I’m starting early, but excitement is already brewing for Clothes Show London! This will be taking place this year at Earls Court on 25-27th June, and is an event not to be missed!

It really is a summer highlight, showcasing the best in Fashion and Beauty – the ultimate girls day out.

OMG Orissa!

Last week, I had the pleasure of receiving some new goodies from Orissa Cosmetics!

My initial thought was that the lovely mineral foundation looked a bit small, and I have shied away from loose powders in the past, mainly because they can get a little messy!

Despite this, once I used the product, my doubts were gone!

Although little, the foundation packs a big punch, and gave me great coverage, without needing to use alot. It was also light and gave me a great airbrushed looking all over base.

The packaging is also gorgeous, which is also a plus when you’re out and about
