All items will be sent Recorded Delivery and will be dispatched within 2 – 3 working days.My Beauty Parlour assure you that we will send out all products in perfect condition, and cannot be held responsible for damages that may be incurred through delivery. Please do contact us if your products are severely damaged, and we will be as accommodating as possible.If you have specific needs – for example, are allergic to any ingredients that are found in your purchase, this is your responsibility to check before purchasing. We will not provide refunds for products already purchased. You may contact us in advance if you require further information about any product. We will only deliver to the UK.
Returns/Refunds We cannot accept returns of cosmetic products if they are removed from the packaging and the seal is broken. This does not affect you statutory rights.
Beauty Bundles Products in the Beauty Bundles section are priced lower that elsewhere in the shop. These products may only be purchased all together as part of the deal. If this feature is misused and you do not buy all of the items as stated in the Bundle description, the order will be voided, and your payment will be refunded by cheque within 5 – 10 working days. By placing an order, you accept that you have read, and are happy with these policies and terms.
